Resolve BashExecutor.describe into the values actually in effect, filling omitted
policy fields with the same defaults the executors apply. UNBOUNDED_ALLOW_READ
means host-wide reads; [] means nothing readable. The model sees this object — it
should not have to apply this package’s null/[]/omitted rules itself.
